Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every Pennine & Pine product is carefully handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality. As each item is handmade, slight variations in colour and finish are completely normal and make every product unique.

What wax do you use?

Our candles are made using premium soy wax, chosen for its clean burn and excellent fragrance performance.

How long will my candle burn?

Burn time varies depending on the candle size and how it is cared for. Following our Candle Care guide will help you achieve the longest possible burn time.

Are your candles vegan?

Our soy wax candles contain no animal-derived ingredients. If you have any questions about specific ingredients, please contact us before purchasing.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within the times stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times may vary depending on your chosen delivery service.

Can I return my order?

Why does my candle look slightly different from the photos?

Because each product is handmade, small differences in colour, texture or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the charm of handcrafted products and do not affect performance.

Why is there frosting on my candle?

Soy wax can naturally develop a white, crystal-like appearance known as frosting. This is a normal characteristic of natural soy wax and does not affect the quality, fragrance or burn of your candle.

How should I care for my candle?

Do you offer gift wrapping?
